Mr. Venki, Founder/CEO of VidyaPurna Technics, brings over 30 years of expertise in HR, people management, business consulting, IT validation, and training. With a rich experience as a Geo Lead at Infosys Ltd., he specializes in career assessments, planning, and coaching beyond academics. Known for his clear communication and effective coaching style, Mr. Venki excels in mentoring diverse individuals with patience and skill.

Dedicated to making a meaningful impact in people’s lives, Mr. Venki leverages his corporate experience to provide insightful assessments and guidance to students and professionals.

He has been a part of various schools, colleges and universities as a guest speaker and has shared his wisdom and knowledge on HR practices & trends, Recruitment, Marketing, Student Psychology, Career Planning, Career Coaching & Cyber Security, has inspired multiple individuals throughout his corporate & entrepreneurial journey over the last 32+ years.

His leadership roles in organizations like APNA International Business Network (AIBN) and contributions to networks such as Laghu Udyog Bharathi (LUB), MSDO and NHRD India Chapter, MSME World, Bengaluru Startup Group, School Entrepreneurs, HEF, OCC, VBF & TLC enrich his business acumen and support the organizations he engages with.

Mr. Venki is a Certified Finger Print Analyst himself with extensive training experience in Analysis of 800+ individual fingerprints and counselling students & parents on the report findings. He is a Certified Career Analyst, & a Certified Career Counsellor for International Studies (Study Abroad). He is a certified Train the Trainer from BNI (Business Network International), Certified International Trainer by Australian Institute of Management (AIM). He is an Image Consultant and Trains CEOs on personal image building and grooming for individuals. He is also a certified by RightEdge on Financial Acumen for SMEs program.

He is a budding author and is working on launching his book with a focus on parent & student community.
